Role Snapshot

You own the administrative engine of the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring every candidate move—from initial screening to final placement—is compliant, documented, and executed on time. Your work follows rigorous medical credentialing standards, managing the essential logistics of healthcare placements where accuracy is non-negotiable.

This is a high-volume coordination role, not a general HR position. You operate within defined CRM workflows and compliance queues, supporting consultants by removing administrative friction and maintaining audit-ready data. Best suited for professionals who thrive in structured environments, value data integrity, and prefer clear operational outputs over ambiguous creative tasks.

You’re Likely a Strong Fit If You Have
  • 2+ years of experience in general office administration or recruitment support
  • Hands-on experience managing compliance documentation, credentialing, or audit-ready records
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience maintaining data integrity within a CRM
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume administrative tasks with strict attention to detail
  • Willingness to work a permanent early morning shift (6:00 AM–3:00 PM) in a dedicated home-based setup
Strong Signals
  • Direct experience in Healthcare or Medical recruitment
  • Familiarity with Australian medical placement requirements or Medicare documentation
  • Previous experience in a BPO or offshore recruitment support environment

Responsibility Pillars

Compliance & Credentialing Management You own the "license to work"—ensuring every candidate is verified, safe, and legally cleared before they step on-site.
  • Execute background, credential, and compliance checks for all placements
  • Manage hospital paperwork and Medicare documentation requirements
  • Audit candidate files to ensure all mandatory paperwork is current and valid
Placement & Logistics Coordination You own the transition from "hired" to "started," managing the logistics that prevent placement delays.
  • Coordinate pre-placement travel and accommodation logistics
  • Support locum placements with timesheets, invoices, and WHS compliance
  • Facilitate post-placement follow-ups to ensure candidate retention and satisfaction
Data Integrity & CRM Administration You own the source of truth—ensuring the database is a reliable asset for the entire recruitment team.
  • Maintain accurate and objective CRM records for all candidate and client interactions
  • Publish job advertisements and manage documentation via screening platforms
  • Identify system improvements to streamline data entry and reporting quality
