As a Customer Care Representative, you will help deliver trusted support for a U.S.-based pest control company focused on safer homes, healthier communities, and service excellence. Shift: Night shift, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, Consecutive days off (Flexibility is required due to induction, training, time zone observances, business operations, and occasional rotating Saturday half-day shifts from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM CST)

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of customer service or contact center experience
  • Experience handling blended customer support channels such as calls, emails, and messages
  • Natural, conversational communication style that does not sound robotic or overly scripted
  • Ability to deliver friendly, helpful, and professional customer service
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to tools, systems, and service procedures
  • Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM
  • Comfortable working in a voice-based work-from-home environment
  • Quiet and professional home workspace suitable for customer calls
  • Strong attention to detail when documenting customer information and account updates
  • Ability to manage customer concerns with patience, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Flexibility to support rotating Saturday shifts, early meetings, training, and business schedule adjustments
  • Spanish-speaking skills are preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with Mexican slang or common dialect is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages professionally and on time
  • Resolve customer complaints, service concerns, and account issues following company protocols
  • Document customer interactions, account updates, and scheduling changes in the required system
  • Schedule, reschedule, and adjust pest control service appointments based on technician capacity, route efficiency, and customer needs
  • Coordinate with technicians and management to support smooth service delivery
  • Research customer accounts and respond to inquiries, reschedules, cancellations, and service requests
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in required tools and platforms
  • Process cancellation requests, account holds, and service adjustments according to procedures
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to close unresolved customer concerns
  • Support customer retention by handling concerns with professionalism and care
  • Maintain regular attendance for scheduled shifts, rotating Saturday shifts, and early meetings
  • Attend training sessions and learning activities to build service knowledge
  • Represent the business through excellent customer care and mission-aligned service
  • Stay updated on services, products, policies, and department procedures
  • Assist with administrative tasks, company projects, and cross-department support as needed
