Accounting Specialist

Prepares disbursement vouchers and processes payments
Maintains and organizes suppliers’ records and accounting files
Prepares EWT summaries and withholding tax documents (BIR Forms 2306 & 2307, SAWT encoding)
Assists in year-end inventory count and external audit
Safekeeps and monitors BIR-controlled accounting forms
Acts as liaison for bank-related transactions
Updates disbursement and payable books and ledgers

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Financial Accounting/Management Accounting
At least 2 year experience in the related job or industry is an advantage
Computer literate
Must have experience in Manufacturing Company
