Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Staff with strong knowledge of BIR regulations to support compliance, reporting, and daily financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records
Prepare and process invoices, billing, and collections
Handle BIR-related compliance, including preparation and filing of tax returns (e.g., VAT, withholding taxes)
Ensure timely submission of BIR reports and requirements
Monitor accounts payable and receivable
Assist in bank reconciliations and financial reporting
Maintain organized and updated financial and tax documents
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties on financial and tax matters
Assist in payroll processing and other accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field
At least 1–2 years of experience, preferably with BIR compliance and tax filing
Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and BIR processes
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
Good communication and teamwork skills
