Test Analyst

Shift: Day Shift

We are seeking a Test Analyst to support the testing of Core Banking application interfaces. The role involves test planning, test case creation, test execution, defect reporting, and documentation to ensure the quality and reliability of banking applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze business and functional requirements.
• Prepare test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Execute manual test cases and document results.
• Identify, log, and track defects through resolution.
• Perform retesting and validation of defect fixes.
• Create test status reports and testing artifacts.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Contribute to testing process improvements and quality initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.
• Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and test design techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Banking or Core Banking experience is an advantage.
