• Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
