The position is mainly responsible for responsible for providing support in the various human resources and functions, which include recruitment, staffing, policy implementation, performance monitoring and employee counseling.- Provide counseling and implement policies and procedures.
- Job description formulation and update.
- Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and promotion, and hiring analytics.
- Create, implement, and manage onboarding plans.
- Assist in identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) for the human resource department.
- Assist in performance management and employee evaluation.
- Maintaining employee records and paperwork
- Payroll processing
- Hiring of employees.
- Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals.
- Employee benefits processing.
- Incentives and commission computation.
- Employee Development Officer Reliever
Monday-Saturday (9:00 am-6:00 PM)
Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFIACTIONS- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1 year of progressive experience in HR roles.
- Experience in supervisory roles or team leadership is required.
