US Experienced Executive Assistant
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Vice President and another Executive of our reputable nursing home chain in the US. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating the efficiency and effectiveness of our executive leadership, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and a strong commitment to excellence in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in the preparation and organization of corporate documents, presentations, and reports.
Coordinate and facilitate communication between the executives and internal departments, as well as with external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Support the executives in project management and the execution of business strategies.
Organize and manage events, meetings, and conferences, including preparation of materials and logistics.
Conduct research and prepare briefings on various topics as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the US healthcare sector.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and other standard business technologies.
Knowledge of healthcare administration is a plus.
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
Willing to work for a graveyard shift
Willing to work full on site in Northgate, Alabang Muntinlupa City
