Description
A structured rotational program across store operations designed to develop future Store Managers and PICs. Trainees will get exposure to sales, inventory, people management, and store P&L basics.
What you will do- Rotate through multiple stores to learn day-to-day operations and standards.
- Support store teams on customer service, merchandising, and inventory control.
- Learn and apply store KPI monitoring (sales, shrinkage, labor productivity).
- Participate in coaching sessions and leadership workshops.
- Complete assigned project(s) to improve a store process or metric.
Qualifications/Requirements
What you need to succeed- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Hospitality, Retail Management, or related).
- Up to 2 years’ experience or fresh grads with strong leadership potential.
- Service-oriented, resilient, and comfortable with shift work / store visits.
- Strong communication, basic numeracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate/rotate between store locations during the program.
