We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-time Operations Coordinator to support and enhance key business functions. In this role, you’ll help manage daily operations—spanning billing, workflow coordination, internal systems, and marketing support—while identifying opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvement.
This is a critical position for maintaining smooth day-to-day operations, improving the customer experience, and supporting scalable growth in a fast-moving, tech-forward environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage daily operations, including workflows, billing, and customer interactions.
- Use tools like Excel or Google Sheets to automate reports and track performance.
- Review CRM and quoting systems and suggest ways to improve them.
- Research competitors and recommend updates to the website and quoting process.
- Help with lead generation by staying in touch with prospects and spotting new opportunities.
- Share ideas for social media and marketing to grow the brand.
- Work independently while coordinating with other teams and improving processes.

Qualifications/Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Accounting, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5+ years in operations, customer service, or sales support
- Able to work independently, set priorities, and manage time well
- Familiar with billing systems, CRMs, and project management tools
- Comfortable with Google Workspace
- Skilled in Excel or Google Sheets (basic formulas and pivot tables; scripting a plus)
- Experience with automation tools is a bonus
- Familiar with social media tools (e.g., Buffer, Canva, Hootsuite)
- Understanding of CRM and quoting systems is a strong plus
- Proactive and always looking for ways to improve
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Clear communicator with cross-functional experience (billing, marketing, customer care)
- Knowledge of security tech (video surveillance, access control, etc.) is a plus
