TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
Smart Home Devices Account- Onsite | Bankal, Lapu-Lapu City
- 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Monday–Friday
What You'll Do:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Help customers troubleshoot smart home devices, home appliances, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
- Guide customers through simple, step-by-step solutions with professionalism and patience.
- Escalate advanced technical concerns when needed.
Qualifications:
- Fluent English communication skills (required)
- Familiar with home appliances and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Basic electrical or electronics knowledge is an advantage
- Tech support experience is preferred
Full product training will be provided.
