The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to join our pioneer team in Makati. This role will support Smartvisit’s day-to-day customer service operations, manage inbound inquiries, and assist with data entry across our platforms.
The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, comfortable using AI tools, and capable of delivering exceptional support to both B2B and B2C clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Chat Support: Manage real-time chat inquiries from Smartvisit customers, ensuring accurate and timely assistance.
- Email & Ticket Management: Handle customer emails and support tickets, providing clear, complete, and professional responses.
- CMS Data Entry: Input attraction information into our content management system and upload images based on required templates and formatting guidelines.
- Merchant Database Management: Encode new merchant details and update existing merchant records with accuracy and consistency.
- Coordination with Destination Managers: Assist Destination Managers by processing their requests, gathering required information, and setting proper expectations on timelines.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver high-quality support across all channels, ensuring clients and customers receive a positive experience.
- Use of AI Tools: Utilize AI and generative AI tools to improve response quality, efficiency, and content preparation where appropriate.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer support, service, or operations (B2C or B2B).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail with proven experience in data entry or CMS platforms.
- Ability to multitask and manage ticket queues efficiently.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with new systems, tools, and AI technologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Amenable to a hybrid work setup (2–3x per week onsite in Makati).
- Experience in tourism, SaaS, ticketing, or related service environments.
- Familiarity with CRM or support ticketing systems.
- Experience working with international or remote teams.
- Background in merchant or partner coordination roles.
