HR Intern (OJT) On-The-Job Training

Duration: [Minimum of 400 hours]

Candidates must be enrolled in an OJT/practicum program.

The 400-hour requirement must be completed within a maximum of 3 months.

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Psychology students to join our Human Resources Department as interns. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, providing valuable exposure to real-world workplace practices.

• Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition (screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
• Support employee engagement activities and HR events
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Business Management or any related field
• Must be in 3rd or 4th year of study
• Related acceptable fields include Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Social Psychology, and Behavioral Science
• Strong interest in Human Resources and organizational behavior
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Practical HR experience in a professional setting
• Exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations
• Mentorship from experienced HR professionals
• Certificate of completion (upon successful internship)
• Allowance - 75% of daily minimum wage in NCR rate
