• 2-3+ years of direct experience in paid social advertising or performance marketing
• Proven hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager for campaign setup, execution, and optimization
• Strong understanding of campaign structures, targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation
• Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance data and apply optimizations
• Experience running A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and campaign setups
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and campaign quality control
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Clear communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, tracking, and data analysis

• Ensure accuracy and quality across all campaign-related tasks and operational workflows
• Oversee adherence to campaign guidelines, policies, and execution standards
• Review and maintain creative outputs in line with established quality requirements
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders while managing timelines and deliverables
• Organize and prepare campaign requirements, including assets, documentation, and insertion orders
• Perform detailed quality checks to confirm correct setup, pacing, and performance of campaigns
• Serve as a point of coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders
• Participate in team meetings and provide updates on campaign progress
• Contribute to process improvements, knowledge sharing, and operational efficiency initiatives
