Company Nurse - Muntinlupa

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Company Nurse to join our team at Cherry Philippines. The Company Nurse will be responsible for promoting the health and well-being of employees, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment, and providing immediate first aid care when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer first aid and medical care for work-related injuries or illnesses.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee medical records.
• Conduct regular health check-ups and screenings for employees.
• Provide health education and guidance on wellness programs.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the management of workplace safety and emergency preparedness programs.
• Coordinate with external healthcare providers for employee referrals, as needed.
• Promote and support the company’s health and wellness initiatives.
• Provide support for work-related stress and mental health concerns.
• Prepare and submit reports related to health and safety statistics.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and inventory of the first-aid supplies and medical equipment.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an industrial or corporate environment.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm in emergency situations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid certification.
• Knowledge of workplace safety programs and protocols.
• Experience in conducting health seminars or wellness activities.
