Join an established company specializing in manufacturing of undergarments for a global brand with over 50 years of experience.
Experience in the garment industry is preferred for this position.
As a junior industrial engineer, you will be tasked to perform time and motion studies, load balancing, production scheduling on several operations to produce undergarments and use proprietary software to compute efficiency and monitor employee performance weekly and monthly.
A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering is required for this position.
Basic knowledge of time and motion studies is preferred.
Perform employee appraisals with the help of Line leaders and Line QC staff members and make appropriate recommendations for employee improvement including further training. Must be willing to be trained as a safety officer under OHSAS.
