HR Staff - Employee Engagement

We are seeking a dynamic and people-focused HR Staff member to lead Employee Engagement initiatives and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, while also supporting other HR functions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organizing events, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving meaningful community impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement programs and activities
• Develop and manage Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and outreach programs
• Coordinate volunteer activities, partnerships, and community events
• Support initiatives that improve employee morale, satisfaction, and retention
• Assist in onboarding and employee orientation programs
• Organize company events, team-building activities, and internal campaigns
• Provide support in other HR areas such as recruitment, training, and performance management
• Maintain HR records and assist with documentation and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to align engagement and CSR efforts with company values

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 1–2 years of HR, events management, or CSR-related experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented
