We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, ensuring successful delivery of projects.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Assist the product owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring it is visible and prioritized appropriately.
• Coach team members on Agile principles and practices to ensure adherence to the Scrum framework.
• Identify and remove impediments that may hinder the team's progress in achieving sprint goals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and communication.
• Track and report on team performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

• 2-10 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
