We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding our Agile teams through the Scrum process, ensuring effective collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coach team members in Agile practices and principles to enhance productivity and team performance.
• Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure clear understanding of product backlog items and priorities.
• Promote continuous improvement within the team by identifying areas for growth and implementing solutions.
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and respect within the team.

• 3-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
• With iOS and Application Development experience
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
• Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
