Job Description:

Liaison Assistant is responsible for facilitating communication and coordination between different individuals, departments, or organizations. The primary role is to establish and maintain relationships to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient exchange of information.

Reports directly to the Loan Officer and to the Operations Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the contact person between the bank and client.
  • Facilitates meeting among clients and introduce the loan products offered by the bank.
  • Checking the documents submitted by the client.
  • Review client’s bank statement for debts, repayment history and insolvency-related information.
  • Answering client’s inquiries via phone calls or emails in relation to their loan application
  • Coordinates and submits billing to Finance Dept for collection every 10th of the month.
  • Collects Alphalist from Finance dept, for loan payment verification.
  • Maintain good housekeeping in the workplace.
  • Safeguard/protect the company’s image.
