Product Development Lead (Electronics/Lifestyle) - Tumblers/Bags/Cameras

JOB SUMMARY: The Product Development Lead will optimize the customer experience and ensure the successful delivery of innovative products that resonate with our target audience. Also, collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct market research, manage product launches, and build strong relationships to enhance customer experience and drive product success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the growth of high-quality products that align with the company's vision and goals
• Identify new product categories and opportunities to expand the company’s offerings.
• Lead the development and growth of home-grown brands and categories
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies, providing valuable insights to guide product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, and sales, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and create a roadmap for product launches
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, translating insights into actionable product strategies that enhance the overall customer experience
• Coordinate with brands to obtain detailed product documentation (product specifications, user stories, functional requirements) to support implementation
• Manage product launches, ensuring effective communication and coordination across all departments to drive successful product introductions and maximize customer adoption
• Monitor product performance and conduct regular assessments to identify opportunities for growth
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and innovative product development culture within the organization

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4-5 years of experience in product-related roles specifically on consumer and market research
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or Engineering.
• Strong interest in active and lifestyle products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City and do field work
