Job title: Product and Marketing Management Lead Advisor- Product Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy in line with the company's business goals, including but not limited to Mobile, broadband, OTT, AIOT, etc.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize feature development.
- Product Development and Lifecycle Handling:
- Driving the atomization of product capabilities, supporting modular construction/capability reuse, and promoting a flexible and rapidly responsive product development process mechanism.
- Work closely with IT and other teams to ensure timely and high-quality E2E product releases.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Based on customer needs, channel characteristics, market competition, and other factors, innovate or restructure the business models, to form a unique competitiveness.
- Focused on revenue and acquisition targets, closely collaborating with the brand/channel teams, mentoring the development of marketing campaign plans, and coordinating the execution and tracking assessment efforts for successful implementation.
- Team Development
- Build and mentor a high-performing and professional team.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including financial, legal regulatory, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather input, address concerns, and align product strategies with organizational objectives.
- Financial Oversight
- Develop and oversee product budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Responsible for product performance and profitability, identifying and remedying potential risks
- Serving as a subject matter expert on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
- Trains two (2) Filipino Understudies relative to the above functions.
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (“MBA”) or in Computer Science;
- At least 10 years of corporate marketing experience;
- At least 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry;
- At least 4 years of management experience;
- Not covered by any non-compete or non-disclosure agreements of direct competitors;
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to manage and direct forecasting and budgeting;
- Superior business acumen and strong leadership and negotiation skills;
- Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work independently and with other leaders in the organization;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality; and
- Ability to analyze highly complex matters, apply sound judgment, and provide solutions.
