Property Leasing Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Property Leasing Manager to oversee and optimize leasing performance across a diverse portfolio that includes commercial, retail, residential, and leisure properties. This role is responsible for maximizing occupancy, driving revenue growth, building strong tenant relationships, and ensuring that all leasing activities align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets across all property types
• Identify and secure prospective tenants through market research, networking, and outreach
• Negotiate lease terms, contracts, and renewals to ensure favorable agreements
• Manage end-to-end leasing processes, from prospecting to contract execution
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective property campaigns and promotions
• Conduct property tours and presentations for potential tenants
• Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to encourage renewals and long-term occupancy
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and rental benchmarks to inform pricing strategies
• Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies in all leasing transactions
• Coordinate with property management, finance, and legal teams as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in property leasing or real estate management (multi-sector experience preferred)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of leasing contracts, property laws, and market dynamics
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively
• Results-oriented with strong sales and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management/leasing software
