About the role
As a Project Manager at rongsheng steel structures inc', you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of complex construction projects. Reporting to the senior management team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.This is a full-time position based in San Juan City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to coordinate all aspects of project delivery
- Identify and mitigate risks, and implement contingency plans as needed
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the leadership team
- Ensure that all projects comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Lead and motivate a team of project professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and efficiencies
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Demonstrated expertise in project planning, budgeting, and risk management
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred
