We are currently seeking a Merchandising Manager who is highly organized, analytically minded, and experienced in retail supply operations in the Philippines. This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination between our internal inventory systems and our retail partners such as Watsons, SM Department Stores, and other key accounts.

What You’ll Do:

• Inventory Planning & Management: Maintain optimal stock levels across all SKINTIFIC retail and consignment locations; manage replenishment schedules and prevent overstocking using industry-standard metrics such as DOI (Days of Inventory).
• Retail & Distributor Coordination: Lead stock planning and allocation across partner stores and other retail chains. Ensure timely fulfillment of sales orders and smooth flow of supply based on real-time sales trends and forecasts.
• Logistics Oversight: Collaborate with 3PL providers and logistics partners to optimize delivery timelines, reduce transport costs, and ensure efficient warehousing and distribution aligned with local logistics infrastructure in the Philippines.
• Sales Order & Consignment Management: Understand and manage Sales Order processes, monitor consignment inventory levels, and ensure timely invoicing and reconciliation with partner stores.
• Demand Forecasting & Reporting: Use historical data, retail trends, and sales performance to project inventory needs. Provide weekly/monthly reports on stock movement, order fulfillment rates, and supply chain KPIs.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with local supply chain regulations and documentation requirements; manage stock audits and support internal/external inventory checks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in stock and supply operations in FMCG or retail (beauty/skincare industry is a plus), with at least 1–3 years in a managerial role;
• Strong background in handling supply for large-scale retail chains (e.g., Watsons, SM store) and knowledge of consignment business models;
• Proficient in inventory systems, and Microsoft Offices, Google Workspace; familiar with Sales Order logic, DOI, and inventory management best practices
• Deep understanding of the Philippine logistics landscape, including warehousing, local and provincial distribution;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills when dealing with vendors, retail partners, and internal teams.
