Job Description:
Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions; troubleshooting problems; maintaining workstation, laptop, and LAN performance. Creating Helpdesk ticket for each call and email received while on duty. Fast learner and very willing to be trained.
Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions; troubleshooting problems; maintaining workstation, laptop, and LAN performance. Creating Helpdesk ticket for each call and email received while on duty. Fast learner and very willing to be trained.
Able to troubleshoot and install software applications remotely. Set up email accounts using MS Outlook.
Qualifications:
- Preferable with at least 6 months of technical support experience; open to fresh graduates
- Must be amenable to work onsite on shifting schedule
