Kalutasan is hiring experienced MSP professionals to join our growing team as a Tech Support Representative. This is a full-time, 100% remote contractor position where you'll be embedded with one dedicated MSP client and become a valued member of their service delivery team.

What You'll Do
As a Tech Support Representative, you'll provide day-to-day technical support and systems administration for small to mid-sized business clients in a fast-paced MSP environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide L1/L2 technical support to end users
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes
- Create and administer user accounts, permissions, distribution groups, and access controls
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 environments, including:
- Azure
- Entra ID
- Conditional Access
- Microsoft Intune
- SharePoint
- OneDrive
- Troubleshoot workstation, application, networking, and VPN issues
- Support line-of-business applications and cloud platforms
- Utilize RMM and PSA tools to monitor, manage, and resolve technical issues
- Maintain accurate client documentation and knowledge base articles
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal technical teams
- Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining ownership through resolution
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Hands-on experience with Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Conditional Access
- Experience using RMM tools such as:
- N-able
- Datto RMM
- NinjaOne
- ConnectWise Automate
- Experience using PSA platforms such as:
- ConnectWise Manage
- HaloPSA
- Autotask
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ticket-driven environment

- Cisco Certifications
- Fortinet or SonicWall experience
- Experience supporting multiple client environments or Microsoft 365 tenants
