Straightforward Educational Consultancy Services, a leading and fast-growing international education agency, is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team!

About the Role:

As our Social Media Marketing Specialist, you’ll lead the creation of engaging content across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, and help us reach and convert aspiring international students through powerful digital storytelling and strategic campaigns.

You'll also support lead generation activities that drive student sign-ups, event participation, and inquiries for our “Study Abroad the Straightforward Way” programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute engaging content across all major social platforms
Create short-form videos, reels, graphics, and high-converting captions
Plan and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing goals
Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on insights
Support lead generation efforts through targeted campaigns and webinar/event promotions
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on aligned messaging
Engage with our online community through comments and DMs
Stay updated on viral trends and education industry updates

Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
Strong writing skills (English and Filipino)
Understanding of platform algorithms and engagement strategies
Bonus: Knowledge in social media ads and CRM tools
Creative, proactive, and performance-focused
