The role

Key responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of the company's social media strategy
Create engaging and visually appealing content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Monitor and respond to comments and messages across our social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and leverage trending topics and hashtags to increase visibility and reach
Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to help guide future content and campaign decisions
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our presence remains relevant and impactful

What we're looking for

Passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective features
Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and on-brand content
Creativity and an eye for design, with the ability to produce eye-catching visuals and graphics
Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work well under pressure
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
