A Social Media Management (SMM) specialist is responsible for managing a day-to-day business online presence by handling social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram, posting and adapting content to suit different channels.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and sort data
- Review data to ensure its accuracy
- Maintain the data system and ensure all information is correctly recorded
- Check tasks for errors or duplicate entries
- Monitor and manage all accounts assigned
- Report errors to management
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications- At least College Level
- Must be computer savvy
- Focused and detail-oriented
- Effective in analyzing relevant information
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Manages own time effectively
- Works with minimal supervision
