We are seeking a skilled Peachtree Encoder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining financial data using Peachtree accounting software. Your attention to detail and proficiency with Peachtree will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities: Inputting financial transactions into Peachtree software.

Maintaining and updating financial records and ledgers.
Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies as needed.
Generating reports.

Collaborating with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications: Proficiency in Peachtree accounting software is required.

Previous experience as a Peachtree Encoder or a similar role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
