We are hiring a virtual admin. The ideal candidate should have experience as an executive assistant, have general bookkeeping knowledge, strong english fluency and fluency with some recent AI tools (e.g., Gemini, chatGPT).

What we do: PeakHealth is creating a new care delivery platform that integrates comprehensive women’s health, longevity care, and functional medicine into everyday primary care.

Role: Run hiring ops, onboarding, logistics, and light finance. Strategic partner to CEO for internal operations.
You bring: 4–8 years in HR, EA, or People Ops. Organized, async-native, systems thinker.
