SEO Content Writer (Remote) - Manila

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled SEO Content Writer with agency experience to join our growing remote team. You will create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for clients in Malaysia, Singapore, and Australia, specializing in local business industries such as:

• Solar panel installation
• Heavy machinery rental
• And more

Remote Work Setup Requirements

To ensure a smooth and professional remote working experience, candidates must have:

1. Quiet & Professional Home Office

• Dedicated, distraction-free workspace
• Ergonomic chair and desk (recommended)

1. Reliable Hardware & Software

• Laptop/Desktop:
• Intel i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 (or better)
• 8GB RAM minimum
• Windows 10 / macOS 11 (or newer)
• Up-to-date antivirus/security software

1. Stable Internet & Power Backup

• Internet:
• Minimum 50 Mbps (upload/download)
• Wired (LAN) connection preferred
• Backup connection (e.g., mobile hotspot) is a plus
• Power:
• UPS or backup power source (especially in outage-prone areas)

1. Communication Tools

• Noise-cancelling headset with mic
• Working webcam (for virtual meetings)

1. Work Schedule

• Mid-shift (12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Manila Time), Monday to Friday

• 1–3 years of agency SEO experience (content-focused)
• Strong SEO writing skills (on-page SEO, keyword research, optimization)
• Must know how to perform keyword research (including extracting keywords from Google Search Console)
• Experience writing for local businesses
• Knowledge of Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) writing
• Ability to create original content with minimal AI reliance (familiarity with AI tools is a plus)
• Exceptional attention to detail (grammar, accuracy, brand voice)
• Deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects

Compensation & Benefits

This is a long-term, full-time independent contractor role with:

• Philippine Holidays: 100% pay if not worked
• Vacation Leave: 12 days/year (after probation)
• Sick Leave: 6 days/year
• Flexible & Fully Remote (Monday–Friday)
