DAYSHIFT HIRING - URGENT HIRING - ONSITE INTERVIEW PROCESS

Responsibilities:

• Manages written communications within an organization, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
• Drafting, reviewing, and distributing various forms of correspondence like letters, emails, and reports.
• Maintaining records, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring effective communication both internally and externally.
• Initial point of contact for clients or patients seeking services in various settings like healthcare, legal, or customer service.
• Gather information, assess needs, and guide individuals to the appropriate resources within an organization.
• Responsible for accurately processing and recording payments from various sources, including insurance companies and patients, and reconciling accounts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Graduate with or without BPO experience.
• High School Graduate with at least 1 year BPO experience
• Good to excellent communication skills
• Amenable to work onsite in Philexcel Mabalacat, Pampanga
• Amenable to work on Dayshift Schedule
• Amenable to start ASAP.
• Amenable for onsite application process.
