HR Manager

The HR Manager will oversee the company’s entire HR function and ensure that people programs, policies, and processes support business goals. This role will lead strategic HR planning, Philippine labor law and government compliance, culture building, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and HR operations.

• Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, compliance, performance management, training, engagement, and offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business needs and company growth.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE requirements, statutory benefits, and government-mandated documentation.
• Build and promote a positive, values-driven, and high-performing workplace culture.
• Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
• Develop and update HR policies, employee handbook provisions, procedures, and documentation.
• Partner with leadership and department heads on workforce planning, employee concerns, retention, and organizational development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, with experience managing the full HR function.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law, government compliance, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
