We are building our pioneer Customer Support team and are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering great customer experiences. This role handles inbound enquiries across voice and digital channels, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, clarity, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound enquiries via voice, chat, and email
- Resolve customer concerns and manage complaints professionally
- Deliver accurate, clear, and timely responses
- Meet service levels and quality standards
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records
- Experience in customer service or contact centre roles
- Strong communication skills across voice and written channels
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving ability
- Comfortable using digital tools and systems
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
- Open to predominantly dayshift schedules
