Basic Qualifications:

- With at least 6 months customer-facing or BPO experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through chat and messaging platforms
- Assist customers with concerns, account inquiries, and basic troubleshooting
- Provide accurate, clear, and professional responses
- Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction
- Document customer concerns and resolutions in the system
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards
