About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Mandarin Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at RVS Cargo Services Inc.'. This is a full-time role based in our Binondo Manila City office, Metro Manila. As a Mandarin-speaking customer service professional, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients in the import/export and customs industry.
What you'll be doing- Handling inbound customer inquiries and providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service
- Assisting clients with the completion of import/export documentation and customs clearance procedures
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless experience
- Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our systems
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
- Continuously expanding your knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the import/export or logistics industry
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
- A positive, adaptable, and customer-centric attitude, with a commitment to providing outstanding service
- Knowledge of import/export regulations, customs clearance processes, and related documentation
