Job Description:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide efficient, accurate resolutions
- Deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, or chat support
- Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction at all times
- Follow company processes and quality standards
Qualifications:
- At least 18 months BPO experience in any role, preferably handling international accounts
- Must have strong conversational English communication skills for effective customer interaction
- Completed at least 2 years in college with no failed or back subjects
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused, reliable, and detail-oriented
