What You'll do:
The Assistant Accounting Manager will oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support strategic financial initiatives. The ideal candidate is a CPA with strong leadership skills and solid experience in accounting and financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
Supervise and mentor accounting staff
Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors
Develop and improve accounting systems and processes
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasting
Support management with financial analysis and decision-making
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in AccountancyCertified Public Accountant (CPA) required
Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage
Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Qualifications/Requirements
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.3 years or more of work experience in a supervisory level.
Experience in an automotive dealership is an utmost advantage.
A strong team player with ability to interact with all levels of staff in the organization.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and MS Officer 365CPA is an advantage.
Goal oriented and works effectively and efficiently even under pressure.
