• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in estimating, preconstruction, or related construction roles
• Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff (OST), Bluebeam, Box, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with CSI divisions and estimating templates
• Ability to interpret construction documents and identify cost impacts
• Experience with Procore, PlanGrid, and Core Services Ticketing System is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
• Understanding of estimating workflows and subcontractor coordination
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and internal teams
• Customer service mindset with a collaborative approach
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and accountable work ethic
• High level of integrity and commitment to accuracy
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment

• Maintain and update document logs including package logs, RFI logs, and drawing logs
• Perform document reconciliation, slip-sheeting, and updates across Box, Bidmail, and PlanGrid/Procore
• Interpret drawings, specifications, addenda, RFIs, and bulletins to identify cost implications
• Input scope of work and quantities for assigned trades, focusing on Divisions 10-13
• Ensure subcontractor coverage through outreach, follow-ups, and proposal analysis
• Identify discrepancies, inclusions, and exclusions in subcontractor bids
