JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree holder, preferably, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
- Has experience in Sales and Distributor Management of at least 3-5 years; in a managerial capacity for 2 years; preferably in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
- Knows how to drive automatic and manual vehicles and has valid driver's license with 123 restriction code or its equivalent.
JOB SUMMARY:
The role manages the Distributor of his/her assigned territory and carefully monitors its business progress and development. He/She implements business strategies by Planning, Leading, Organizing, and Controlling (PLOC) to achieve the goals and business objectives set by the company.
