Qualifications:- Open to candidates who completed at least two (2) years in college
- With good communication skills
- Able to multitask and is comfortable working with computer-based applications
- Must be willing to work in VXI MOA, Pasay
- Medical Insurance or HMO after one (1) month
- Performance Incentives
- 20% Night Differential
- Receive Inbound Calls (Residential Customers)
- Attempt, through persuasion, to retain existing customers by resolving issues and answering questions (product, billing, etc.)
- Upgrade customer orders
- Attempt to save customers who have decided to cancel their account
