About the Role

We are looking for a helpful Customer Service Associate to join our team!

Your main job will be talking to our customers by phone and email, answering their questions, and fixing simple billing issues. If you are a good listener who enjoys making people happy, you will fit right in.

Your Main Tasks
  • Reply to customer emails and answer phone calls.
  • Help customers understand and fix their billing issues.
  • Write down customer problems in our system and send them to the right team.
  • Follow our basic rules to make sure every customer gets the right help.
Requirements
  • A college graduate (Business, Communication, or similar).
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Clear communication and great listening skills.
  • Good with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (SAP is a plus, but not required).
