Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for students who are required to complete at least 300 hours as part of their academic program. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and be exposed to real-world recruitment and HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, and interview coordination)
- Support onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain and update HR records and databases
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR projects
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
Qualifications:
- Currently taking up Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related course
- Required to render a minimum of 300 internship hours
- With good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
