As we scale our operations in the Philippines, we are looking for a sharp, agile Country Supply Chain Lead to lead our local financial strategy and compliance.
The Role
We are currently seeking a highly organized, analytical, and experienced Country Supply Chain Lead to oversee our supply chain, inventory management, and asset distribution frameworks. The successful candidate will ensure maximum operational readiness by coordinating the precise flow of equipment, materials, and data-capturing technologies across our regional and national operations.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Oversight: Direct day-to-day operations, including receipt, storage, staging, and dispatch of materials and specialized equipment.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to logistics personnel (runners, inventory clerks), establishing clear performance expectations and daily workflows.
- Inventory Control & Asset Management: Maintain precise digital tracking and physical organization of high-value technical assets using specialized inventory management systems.
- Supply Chain & Distribution: Coordinate domestic [and international] shipping logistics, ensuring compliance with transport regulations, managing customs documentation, and auditing carrier performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Project Managers and Field Operations leaders to forecast equipment demands, mitigate supply shortages, and prevent project downtime.
- Quality Assurance & Auditing: Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for routine inventory audits, cycle counts, and the inspection/maintenance of returning technical equipment.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or warehouse management. Proven experience in a supervisory or team-lead capacity is required.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced competency utilizing Inventory Management Software (IMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel).
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to optimizing workflows and reducing logistics bottlenecks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface professionally with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Physical Standards: Ability to remain stationary or mobile for extended periods and safely lift/move up to [e.g., 50 lbs] during asset auditing or staging.
- Compliance: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred. Also preferred possessing a valid driver’s license.
