Supply Chain OJT / Intern

About the Internship:

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented students to join our Supply Chain team as On-the-Job Trainees (OJTs). This internship provides hands-on experience in supply chain operations, inventory management, procurement, logistics, and warehouse coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in inventory monitoring and stock reconciliation.
• Support procurement and purchasing activities.
• Help prepare and organize supply chain documents and reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and other departments as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry.
• Assist with logistics and delivery tracking.
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• An internship must be a requirement of the academic curriculum.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Can complete the required internship hours based on school requirements.
