Key Responsibilities
Account Management- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients/accounts.
- Understand client hiring needs and business objectives.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Lead, coach, and mentor recruitment staff.
- Set performance targets and monitor KPIs.
- Conduct regular team meetings and evaluations.
- Support training and professional development.
- Prepare recruitment and account performance reports.
- Analyze hiring trends and recommend improvements.
- Track time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality metrics.
