U.S. Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced and demanding recruitment environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using Workday for recruiting functions and preferably experience with Smartsheet.
This role requires strong coordination skills, excellent communication, and the ability to support high-level executives and stakeholders professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and executives
- Manage recruiting activities and candidate workflows within Workday
- Ensure accuracy of interview schedules, meeting invites, and candidate information
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership teams
- Track recruiting activities, interview progress, and reporting through Smartsheet and other tools
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling or coordination conflicts
- Support recruiting operations in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
Qualifications:
- Experience using Workday, specifically supporting recruiting functions - Required
- Experience with Smartsheet is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Experience supporting high-level executives and stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in recruiting coordination or talent acquisition support
- Experience working in a demanding, fast-paced corporate environment
