> Executes tasks in meeting the goals for output, yield , cycle time and on time delivery

> Performs one or more operations in the manufacturing floor for various product groups and/or models

> Follows WI and other specs as stated on the Process and Procedures

> Observes and implements policies, operating procedures, quality systems and programs in order to meet product quality standards.

> Coordinates and works with Process Control and QA.

> Maintain orderliness , cleanliness & safety in all working stations

> Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor other tha listed above relating to his/her functions as Production Operator

Qualifications/Requirements

> at least High School graduate

> Must have the ability to use microscope

> with working knowledge in coil winding, soldering is a plus

> with good communication skills

> action oriented
